I'm a Human Factors designer and UX researcher who specializes in safety-critical systems!

I’ve spent 4 years at Boeing studying how pilots build (and lose) confidence in automated flight systems and designing the flight deck systems that commercial pilots can trust with their lives. My work spans multimodal interaction design, simulator-based usability testing, and translating behavioral research into scalable design systems for engineering teams.
